April Tod - England
April is an experienced freelance sports and travel writer, specialising in tennis, golf, skiing, sailing and occasionally Formula One. Her journalistic career started in the 1980s with a series of interviews with tennis stars for Tennis Magazine, and this was picked up by the Daily Mail’s legendary editor David English who invited her to write sports-orientated features for the paper’s ‘Femail’ section.
April’s extensive range of contacts and access to key figures in the sporting world have led to several scoops which have been picked up by the national press.
